Residing in Palm Springs, real estate is a second career for Paul and he has been in the business since 2006.
Paul spent over 18 years working for a Fortune 500 company as a director of Information Technology. Throughout his business travels, he always ended up spending time in Palm Springs, where he had a second home and many real estate investments. As his real estate investment portfolio grew, Paul obtained his real estate license so he could better control his portfolio. What happened next? People who knew Paul started asking him to help with their real estate investments and second homes. After some serious consideration, Paul decided to retire from his corporate America job and work full time in real estate.
In May of 2015, Paul opened his own brokerage in Palm Springs, Zapala Meyer California Properties. Paul prides himself in his professional and ethical approach to real estate, and is happy to be an independent broker.
Being independent, Paul is able to better serve his client’s needs, embrace new technology, and improve his ability to meet his client’s real estate goals.
